These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, design, manufacturing and other services provided by LART Display. By accepting a quotation, placing an order or otherwise confirming a project, the client agrees to the applicable terms below, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Custom Projects
LART Display specializes in custom-made display solutions. Products may be designed and manufactured specifically according to the client's requirements, dimensions, products, branding and intended use.
Project specifications are determined by the approved quotation, drawings, 3D visualizations, technical documentation and other written agreements between LART Display and the client.
3. Quotations
All quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time of the enquiry.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, prices may depend on specifications including materials, dimensions, quantities, finishing, branding, packaging, transportation and installation requirements.
Any change to the approved specifications may result in an adjustment to the price and/or production schedule.
4. Design & 3D Visualization
Where applicable, LART Display may provide concepts, drawings or 3D visualizations for approval before production.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving dimensions, product placement, branding, colours, graphics and other relevant project details.
Production may begin after the required project details and approvals have been received.
5. Changes After Approval
Changes requested after a design, quotation or production specification has been approved may result in additional costs and changes to the agreed production or delivery schedule.
If production has already started, some changes may not be possible.
6. Materials & Finishes
Samples, photographs, digital visualizations and screen representations are intended to provide a reasonable representation of materials and colours.
Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, finish or other characteristics may occur due to material properties, manufacturing processes, lighting and screen settings.
7. Production
Production schedules are determined individually for each project and may depend on project complexity, quantity, materials, supplier availability and other production requirements.
Estimated production times will be communicated as part of the quotation or project correspondence where applicable.
8. Payment
Payment terms are specified individually in the relevant quotation, invoice or written agreement.
Production may be subject to an advance payment or other agreed payment conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an order is considered confirmed only after the required approval and payment conditions have been fulfilled.
9. Delivery & Transportation
Delivery, transportation, installation and related costs are determined according to the individual project and destination.
Where transportation is arranged by LART Display, the applicable conditions and costs will be specified in the quotation or agreed separately.
The client should inspect delivered goods within a reasonable period after receipt and notify LART Display promptly of any visible transport damage or discrepancies.
10. Installation
Where installation is included in the project, its scope, location, timing and cost will be specified separately.
The client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the installation location and providing accurate information regarding site conditions where relevant.
11. Claims & Defects
If a client believes that delivered products do not correspond to the agreed specifications or contain a manufacturing defect, the client should contact LART Display promptly and provide relevant information and photographs where appropriate.
Each claim will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the project, the agreed specifications and applicable law.
12. Client-Supplied Content
The client is responsible for ensuring that logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text and other materials supplied to LART Display may lawfully be used for the project.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and rights associated with such materials.
13. Intellectual Property & Designs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, concepts, technical solutions, drawings, visualizations and other original design work created by LART Display remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The transfer or licensing of specific intellectual property rights, where applicable, must be agreed separately
